Booking Information

We are not able to accept payments from individual group members for package bookings--we are only able to accept a single method of payment from the group leader or organization. Packages are subject to state and local taxes.

Not-For-Profit organizations must present their tax exempt letter with the deposit payment. Payment made by check for a NFP reservation must include the group’s name.

Additional Booking Information

A list of individuals who may be interested in sharing time with your group will be kept by Rossville Quilts. If you would like to add people to your group you can contact us and we will help you connect with other crafters. This enables those who may not have enough people for their own group, or those who just enjoy meeting new crafters, an opportunity to participate at a Mill House retreat. If you are interested in signing up for this list, please contact us.

Upon a $50 reservation deposit, you will receive via email complete information on what is provided at Mill House for your group. Included will be: Linens (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, sheets, pillow and pillowcase); custom made Holder mattresses on bunk beds; beautiful kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, cookware, coffeepot (coffee, creamer, sugar and substitute included), bakeware, and some small appliances; 6’ tables for your crafting; adjustable chairs; ample lighting in craft room; power strips; two extra wide ironing boards with irons; and a cutting table.

Mill House has three bedrooms with bunk beds in two and a Jack and Jill bathroom in between. The third bedroom is a “private” room with a queen bed. All bedrooms and this bath are on the upper level. On the main level is the crafting room, kitchen, a beautiful formal dining room, the parlor—containing many family heirlooms of the owner, Marcia—, a bathroom with shower, and the sun room. The sun room is fully enclosed and has a queen sofa bed for those who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the bedrooms.  A deck outside the crafting room offers seating for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife and beautiful grounds of Mill House.
